Owner/Builder consulting – Many clients want to be do it yourselfers-that we can help with too. We can walk you though the process of building and help you make the decisions regarding sub-contractor services.

We administer and file all permitting requirements, coordinate plumbing, electrical and gas integration, manage and supervise the job site and effectively handle all issues that may arise.

In House trades. We, at Antaya Development, Inc. offer an array of in house trades. As a part of the ADI team we have specialists in design, foundations, rough and finish framing, cabinetry and electrical services. We own heavy equipment to maintain scheduling and to enable us to offer better service. We do not rely on sub-contractors for these services and therefore can control scheduling. Our firm is hands on and is not considered a “paper contractor” as many other local contractors are.

Site Planning and Grading. We have in house heavy equipment to help with keeping the cost of hard scaping to a minimum. With our experience we can help you decide where best your dream home should be situated on your site.
