Antaya Development, Inc. is a full-service builder and general contracting firm, which provides comprehensive general contracting, design-build and construction management services throughout the Inland Empire and North San Diego. We specialize in new residential building construction, with specific in house expertise in design, framing, foundations, cabinetry, and electrical. We are led by a seasoned team of sophisticated professionals.

Founder Marc Antaya was raised in Massachusetts and has always dreamed of forming and developing a family based business. Understanding the importance of family he began introducing the building trade to his four children at very young ages. Marc was taught woodworking by his father who comes from a long ancestry of construction knowledge. His forefathers were said to have built the first Cathedral church in Quebec Canada in the 1600’s. The knowledge and passion of building has been passed on from one generation to the next. Marc comes with a diverse talent and is honest and forthright. He brings a very honest and refreshing approach. His hands on method is unmatched by any other construction company in the area. The many completed projects show his dedication to the field and the vast amount of satisfied customers proves his honesty and eagerness to please. Marc has established relationships with a wide number of sub contractors who work closely with Marc providing optimum service. Years with sub contractor relationships Marc has developed a team that
cannot be beat.

Rustin and Claitn Antaya have been involved with their company business for nearly ten years. They have apprenticed and bring with them an understanding of the building phases. Their enthusiasm and high energy enables the projects in most cases to be completed in record time. They run the crews and have more knowledge than most licensed contractors due to their early involvement and experience.

Unfortunately their middle brother was involved in an automobile accident a few years ago and has been hospitalized since but eagerly awaits his time when he can return to the family business.
Mekenzi Antaya works diligently in the office part time while attending San Marcos State University achieving a degree in business and marketing which she feels will be useful to the family business.

ADI has two superintendents and ten permanent employees. Our turn over rate is low as many of our employees are very dedicated to ADI. ADI believes very strongly in employee relationships and offers bonus’s for a job well done.

ADI supports “The Children of God” foundation and also applies “green” awareness wherever possible. Our contacts with “green” companies are vast and we believe in protecting our earth. We have a commitment both to you and to our world.
